Hannah Belle's debut music video, "Porchin' It," was recently nominated for the Independent Country Music Association, Best Country Video of the year! The video was Hannah's first ever, and she was shocked but honored by the nomination. Young Country star takes a timeout from touring to help a little girl  in her time of trouble. 

For Immediate Release:  Little Shaylen Richard wants what all little girls want and need; a place to call home. At a tender young age, she has experienced more loss than many adults. On October 9, 2010, Shaylen’s parents, Roderick and Amber Richard, were killed in a tragic motorcycle accident. Shaylen’s grandmother, Holly Castille, has been charged with the task of raising and providing for her granddaughter since that time.

Holly’s one wish is to provide a home where Shaylen can run and play in the backyard like other little girls her age. This is very important to Holly. Her desire is for Shaylen to grow up with the realization that she has a place to truly call home.

A benefit concert was held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 in Carencro LA to assist Holly in her efforts. The event was headlined by Jo-El Sonnier, the undisputed “King of Cajun” from Rayne LA. Hannah Belle was there as well, featuring her new smash hit “Porchin’ It” along with other cuts from “Chasing Thunder.” As always, Hannah was a crowd favorite and the benefit was a huge success.

Hannah Belle is honored to be a part of such a great fundraiser, and hopes that all her fans and the families of the community will bring all of their kids out to have fun raising money for such a wonderful cause.

Nashville recording artist, Hannah Belle Southerland,  is getting the oppurtunity to open for Award-winning vocal group, Diamond Rio at the 3rd annual Bluffs and Bayous Music Festival. The event, hosted by Highland Baptist Church, is a free event that they put on for the public. Starting at 2:00 in the afternoon, the event will be an all day festival with fun, food, and great music all encouraging good family fun.

Hannah Belle is honored and extremely excited to open for Diamond Rio. She promised to put on an energetic, fun, and upbeat show performing songs from her current album, and a few new ones for her audience. She hopes to see and to meet all of her fans at the festival, and hopes that they have as much fun as she will be having at the Bluffs and Bayous Music Festival, October 23rd, 2010 at the Vidalia Amphitheater in Vidalia, La.
